Starting this May, we're thrilled to invite you to our weekly Artisan Markets at Elicit Brewing Company in Fairfield, curated in collaboration with Pop Shop Market. Join us every Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM to experience vibrant events featuring local farms, artisan crafts, live music, and more. It's the perfect midweek outing to support local artisans while enjoying Elicit's craft beers and delicious fare.

Location: Elicit Brewing Company, 111 Black Rock Turnpike, Fairfield, CT 06825
Vendor Information:
We offer flexible participation options to accommodate various vendor needs:

Weekly Rate / Pay as You Go:

Food Vendors: $40 per week

Artisanal Vendors (candles, skincare, etc.): $80 per week

Monthly Rate:

Food Vendors: $150 per month

Artisanal Vendors: $300 per month

Season One (May – July):

Food Vendors: $350

Artisanal Vendors: $750

Season Two (August – October): Applications will be posted in June
Vendor Requirements:

All vendors must carry liability insurance.

Food vendors must provide permits/certificates issued by the Fairfield Health Department.

Each vendor space is 10x10 feet, suitable for a pop-up tent. Tents must be securely weighted to withstand inclement weather.

Invoices will be issued by Elicit Brewing via the TOAST system.
